RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At OnlyCotton, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, underwear may only be returned if it is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and arrange a replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
